Reach the summit.

The base holds. The engine runs. Now the only question left is how far you can actually go — and Lead is the system built to answer it.

The System

Performance is not the
absence of pain.

Most care ends the moment you stop hurting. That’s not a finish line — it’s a baseline. Lead is the system for people who need more than “fine”: executives whose calendar doesn’t allow a bad day, teams whose output is the business, and athletes whose season doesn’t wait.
This is where structure and fuel get converted into output — measured, programmed, and pushed.
“High performers don’t shop for care. They invest in an edge — and then they expect it to show up on the day it matters.”

Executive Performance

The calendar doesn’t care how you feel.
Executive performance is a 1:1 program for leaders whose physical capacity is a business asset. Long hours, constant travel, high cognitive load, poor sleep, and a body that spends most of its day in a chair — it’s a specific profile, and it has a specific set of failure points.
We build against them: structural correction for the desk-and-travel body, metabolic work for stable all-day energy, recovery protocols that actually fit a real schedule, and cognitive performance markers tracked over time.
[ Room for expanded copy: program structure, session cadence, whether concierge or priority scheduling is offered, travel protocols, and how executive outcomes are measured. ]

01.

Who it’s for
Founders, C-suite, partners, and senior leaders whose output is the product — and who can’t afford the slow decline of never quite addressing it.

Signals we look for

Is this your limiter?

Running on caffeine

Energy is borrowed, and the interest is compounding.

Body paying for the calendar

Travel, chairs, and stress are writing a bill.

Sleep isn't restoring

Eight hours in bed, four hours of recovery.

Sharpness slipping

The focus that built the career is getting harder to summon.

Corporate Wellness (B2B)

Bring the summit to your team.
A workforce running at 70% is the most expensive line item nobody measures. Corporate wellness at AFWC isn’t a lunch-and-learn and a fruit bowl — it’s performance care delivered to your team, on-site or in-studio, with reporting that shows what actually changed.
We baseline the team, run programs against the findings, and report on the movement. For Arlington–Dallas companies, this is a single corporate account with visible impact on energy, focus, absence, and retention.
[ Room for expanded copy: package tiers, team-size brackets, on-site logistics, session formats, reporting cadence, and pricing structure or ‘request a proposal’ route. ]
Who it’s for
Arlington–Dallas companies who treat their people as the asset they actually are — and want proof that the investment moved something.

Signals we look for

Is this your limiter?

Team running on empty

Output is down and nobody's naming why.

Absence & presenteeism

People are here, but they're not here.

Retention pressure

Talent leaves the places that grind them down.

Wellness budget, no results

You're spending. You're just not measuring.

Athlete Recovery & Output

Recovery is the whole game.
Training is the stimulus. Recovery is where the adaptation actually happens — and for most athletes, it’s the bottleneck they never address until an injury forces them to.
The athlete program covers structural care that keeps you on the field, decompression and soft-tissue recovery that shortens the turnaround between sessions, and metabolic support that sustains a full season instead of collapsing in the back half of it.
[ Room for expanded copy: sports served, in-season vs off-season programming, return-from-injury protocols, team/club partnerships, and any performance testing offered. ]

03.

Who it’s for
Competitive athletes, weekend competitors, and serious lifters who understand that availability is the most underrated ability there is.

Signals we look for

Is this your limiter?

Recovery is the bottleneck

You can train. You just can't recover fast enough.

Nagging recurring injury

The same thing keeps flaring at the same point in the season.

Power plateau

The work went up. The output didn't.

Late-season collapse

You start strong and fade when it counts.

Corporate Wellness

One account. A whole floor of output.

Tell us the team size and what you’re trying to move — energy, absence, retention, or all three — and we’ll build the program and the reporting around it.

Baseline

Assess the team as it stands.

Program

Run against what the data shows.

Deliver

On-site or in-studio sessions.

Report

Quarterly proof of the movement.
The layers beneath

The summit is built on
the base.

Lead assumes the structure holds and the engine runs. If either doesn’t, we start there.
Layer 01 · The Base

Align

Structure and nerve. The foundation every output is transmitted through.
Layer 02 · The Engine

Fuel

Metabolic and gut. The energy system that everything above it spends.
Common questions

About Lead.

Do I need to be an elite athlete for the athlete program?
No. If you compete, train seriously, or simply refuse to lose availability to preventable injury, the program applies.
[ Answer to be supplied — pricing model, team-size brackets, on-site vs in-studio rates, and contract length. ]
[ Answer to be supplied — confirm whether priority scheduling is part of the executive tier. ]
Then we tell you, and we start at the layer that’s actually limiting you. Selling you the summit while the base is broken would be dishonest — and it wouldn’t work.
